You can’t expect people to frequent your business with a person who always has a nasty attitude and demeanor! Whatever high horse she’s on she needs to come down! I’ve been there twice and I will NEVER be back! I’ll walk 5miles before I’ll spend a dollar there!"

"Today, I decided to give the Times Square sandwich a try from the menu. I patiently waited for approximately 10 minutes as they worked on grilling it to perfection. However, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment when I finally unwrapped the sandwich for that first anticipated bite. The sauce and fillings inside proved to be quite unruly, and they ended up dripping all over my shirt and pants, causing an unexpected and unfortunate mess. To add to the letdown, the sandwich lacked any discernible seasoning that would have elevated the overall experience. Regrettably, I must say that I won't be ordering from here again."

"So came here to buy a few things and I was being ringed up by an old Asian lady which I found out was the owner. I could not believe that this was the owner of the establishment. She is incredibly racist... I saw her verbally abuse her employees and her customer service as the owner is terrible. I informed her that theres a lot of roaches by the buffet table which she proceeded to just yell hysterically and accused me of giving her the wrong amount of money and checked the camera and turned out I did give her the right amount. Did not apologize and told me to leave. I recommend to go to across the street to dumbo market for a cleaner and respectful service."
