"I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!!The worst place everrrrr!!!. Did the alignment on my car. Car wasn’t fixed. Came back to them saw 3 other ppl coming back to them with the same issue complaining. The owner is rude and employees are so slow. They look like they don’t know why are they here. Very messy place and very unprofessional. Don’t waste ur time and money."

"Good place. Be prepared for a little brashness but thats because its very busy for good reason. Bought 2 tires here. Came back almost 2 yrs later due to vibration thinking tires are defective. They found bent rim. Fixed it and balanced in 30 min. Guy I dealt with was nice and explained everything and answered all my questions giving me advice too. Lou is always very busy but helpful. So overall reccomend. Had to wait about 40 min to get serviced but again that's because it was busy and a Saturday. So be prepared."

I went to Hilna’s 3x over the years to get my tires changed and they were nothing but customer oriented, friendly and helpful. The found rebates for my tires and explained the process completely. All 4 tires were done within 30 min and I drove away happy. Will continue going here for life. The best tire shop in Brooklyn with very very reasonable prices."
