"I came to the store 15 minutes before it closed (8:15) and they already had their doors closed before their closing hour of 8:30 PM. There were still employees in the store, the young lady did not want to open the door so that I can make a quick purchase of an item that I knew they had in stock. Business hours are placed for a reason and I understand everyone wants to go home early but the reality is, this is retail and the customer comes first regardless. This store lost revenue and a client for being lazy and not honoring their store hours. A purchase would have taken less than 5 minutes of their time. Management should speak to their employees.l about this asap!"
"Very nice layout of items and organized. Staff is very helpful, brought to my attention current sales that were going on and helped me place an order online for shoes that were sold out in the store. What more can a person ask for? Even though I realize I missed out on Cashback by not placing the order myself, but can't cry over spilled milk. Moving on will shop here again, great customer service overall."
