"Scheduled an appointment for my son and they canceled it due to 'not taking my insurance' despite their office being listed multiple times as providers for my insurance. After double-checking with my insurance (and them even offering to call as they knew for sure this office takes the insurance just by hearing the name), I called back to inquire and was told they would give me a call back after checking for me. That was last week. At this point, I wouldn't want anything to with this unreliable office."

"Maria at the front desk is super helpful and manages the office very well coordinating and dealing with patients. Whatever I say for Dr. Alexis Kwok will not be enough. I told her when I first met her that I hardly tolerate pain and have been traumatized from dentists in the past so she worked so gently on me asking me how I feel and if I need a break or feel any pain. She works with calmness and patience. Very skillful able to work by herself with very little assistance. Confident in her work and down to earth person. A dentist that you see her first time and you know that she has everything that it takes to be an incredible dentist. Thank you!"

"I never realized what a difference it makes you go to the dentist in a peaceful not commercial area. I’m not under stress when I arrive The staff is helpful and friendly.. I have a head injury and if I ask the same questions it’s cool, they’re accommodating. it’s not a problem. I see Dr. Kwok. She and her assistant, Jenny are both Professionals who show they care about how the patient feels. I had a tooth extracted today. TThey were a calm team and that’s what made my experience calm."
