"The service at Smile Design Manhattan has been extremely disappointing. I've been struggling for nearly two months to get a crown on my dental implant. The constant last-minute rescheduling of appointments has been frustrating. For every appointment, I had to take days off from work for nothing. When I finally got to my appointment, the crown didn't fit. They said they would redo it in two weeks. Two days before the appointed time, they confirmed my appointment, but unfortunately, I received a call less than a day before, informing me that the crown wasn't ready, and they needed to reschedule once again. This resulted in another workday off without any benefit. Despite upfront payment for all procedures, the lack of reliability and the repeated need to take days off has made this experience highly unsatisfactory."
