"Paid ~$250 for highlights to fade in a few days! :( It looked great coming out the salon, but I noticed changes 2-3 days after, and now a month has passed, it doesn't even look like I had highlights at all. My hair looks just the same as before, if not the roots being even more noticeable, which has never happened before after years of getting highlights done elsewhere. Extremely disappointed, paying so much, and especially as I only get highlights every 6 months to avoid damage. On my hair usually I can get away without roots being noticeable until about 4 months in."

I am BEYOND grateful for how stunning my hair color came out- the colors create such beautiful definition yet blend together so effortlessly. Even though I was in dire need of a haircut to rid my hair of all the damage, Michael was still able to maintain my original length and even get my natural healthy curls back, like I said MR.MAGIC HANDS!!"
