Garrett starts off each appointment with a consultation, and takes his time on my hair, frequently checking in to make ensure that I’m happy with the style of the cut. The vibe of the salon feels high end without feeling pretentious. The online booking process for Hawthorne makes it very easy to schedule an appointment, even after hours. My last haircut was in his recently expanded salon on a different floor in the same building, and the space is pretty incredible. Overall a wonderful experience."
