"Terrible! If you want to purchase something go before they go on lunch. While the clerk is on lunch there is NO ONE else there to help. I just left and went to another Finish Line."

"I am not giving a one star to the store specifically but to the company! On the website for finish line I ordered 2 things and on the listing for shipping is said free shipping to come in 2 days. I selected that option. In the confirmation email It showed the tracking device and it said it was going to be coming in 2 days just like what it said on the website. Today is the day it was supposed to be coming and I have received nothing in my mail. I called their business and all I got is a lady who didn't believe me. Once I told her the tracking number and she was able to see for herself she just said "oh well um I guess it's because you clicked free shipping" and made excuses but finally apologized. I am so upset I need the items for my daughters first day of school and now I don't know if I'm gonna even receive it at all. I do not recommend anyone go order anyone here unless they wanna deal with this."
