"Customer Service: 0 I had to exchange a pair of shoes so after waiting 1.5hrs on the line, I walk in and the rep who had sold me the shoes was on lunch. The other reps wouldn't help me because this was an exchange. The manager practically forced another rep to "help". She wouldn't assist or even engage with any of my questions. I had to ask her multiple times for a size. Every shoe I asked for was sold out in my size?? No suggestions, no recommendations, no help or direction. I was advised to come back at a later date(2 hr drive, 1.5hr line) from the manager. I tried contacting my rep and need to text 2-3 times in a row to get a useless response of help. Now we are left with 1 day left of the exchange policy and I dont have any idea if I'll be able to even get anything in my size or style. They ONLY pretend to care when they have commissions riding on it. Before and after that they treat you like dirt. Disgusting leadership and training from a "Luxury Brand""

One sale associate said “to busy ask the woman with the glasses.” Asked another associate in the front but she was only for bags in the front. Understandable. Then we found the woman with glasses and said “I need to go on my break sorry.” Waited in line for a slow store with no help! Keep going!"

"GET SOME HEAT LAMPS OUTSIDE when you have Ling lines outside and only let 3 people in at a time. Take care of your returning customers and potential customers. They didn't have one shoe i wanted in my size. I credit that to the holiday but the cost of few heat lamps won't hurt."
