I ordered a coupe of dresses and had to return one, because I’ve changed my mind and now I have to ship it to ITALY MYSELF! Like in what Universe?! It costs $300 by UPS to return $300 dress. Absolutely unacceptable. WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had in my life. And if you want to reach customer service you need to call to Italy! Seriously?! PINKO IS A SCAM."
