"Was trying to exchange a gift because of the size being wrong. But Susan kept giving side comments without asking what was really going on which made the experience very uncomfortable. Would not recommend this store."
"I was so happy that I stepped into this store. I was shopping with my adult daughter and saw the huge line outside of the Gucci store. It was pretty cold outside and I looked across the way and saw Gucci kids, I thought hey they might have some thing for adults in there and there’s no line. So I walked over and was very happy to see Some really cute Gucci bags fanny packs and backpacks several varieties and styles. I ended up buying a gorgeous Messenger Crossbody in the traditional Gucci print as well as a really fun new style I have messenger bag with the orange trim. The staff there was absolutely awesome. Joe Joe was my sales assistant and the rest of the staff were completely engaging and fun and helpful! The messenger bags that I bought are definitely available in the regular Gucci store across the way. The price was incredible. I strongly recommend that people swing by the store even if you don’t have kids, like I did."
