"Honestly only giving two stars because the staff that works there is absolutely amazing. The workers all go above and beyond for each customer to have a great conversation about what shoe would be best for each individual. I purchased a pair of shoes here for $330, golden goose sneakers, that were 40% off from $550. A great deal I have to admit. The staff also added that any shoe purchased at jildor always gets free repairs for any damages that occur during the life of the shoe. So when my pair lost a few studs I brought them in to get repaired and thought nothing of it because thats what I was told to do. The owner said “ I’m not having them fixed. She got them for 40% off.” I’m not the type to write reviews at all I just thought this might be good knowledge to have for someone whos still willing to spend almost 400 with tax but not 600. Because apparently its not enough."
