"My cheap paperbag from Coach carrying my new very expensive bags ripped open and went all over the floor. One staff member was very helpful, (white, small statue, 40s-50s long hair) the rest looked at my like I had no business being in their store. I would have spent quite a bit more, but staff thought I was Julia Robert's in pretty woman going in to the Beverly Hills shops."

"The worst store I had ever visited. I had been racially discriminated yesterday while shopping at this store. There was a waiting line in front of the store. The store staff (a white woman) at the door would let people in whenever people came out of the store. However, the woman purposely made us wait for much longer than usual. We had seen 5~6 people coming out of the store while waiting, but she wouldn't let us in. I asked why and she said the store was limited to 20 customers at a time, while the store had only very few people (much less than 20 by estimation) at that time. She was very rude to us, although people in front of us were treated nicely. I had fond memories about other stores at Woodbury common. This store should be replaced or the staff/manager should be educated better on how to treat people equally."

"Prices and selection are unbeatable. They also have excellent customer service. Check out the extensive clearance section in the back with prices starting at $4. Prices in store are much lower than on-line. Large selection of dresses and skirts. Love their coordinates!"

"Racist store--do NOT bother shopping here. Various workers were giving proper customer service to others but when it was my turn, I received the total opposite. Upon entering the dressing room, one employee was extremely rude and nasty, forbidding me to take the corner room when every single stall was open! When I asked another worker at the cashier to retrieve an item on hold for me, she threw the item down near the register without saying a word and walked away. The clothes themselves are made of cheap flimsy material. Woodbury Commons, please have some standards when it comes to the selection of businesses at your outlet. Poor businesses like Ann Taylor Factory will lower the prestige of Woodbury Commons and run it to the ground. I suggest you replace them with any other business offering higher quality and educated people."

"Went here for my wife. Had our baby girl with me and she was just having a blast running around. I must say I needed help. She was looking for something for work and I needed a sales associate to help me. This is where my savior comes. Her name is Erica and she was so helpful and professional. She went above and beyond to help my to try to find something for my wife. She even made sure they had more in the back room. But couldn't find anything. Thank You Ann Taylor for hiring associates like Erica. I would've been there for 2 hours of it want for her help."
