"If I could rate ZERO stars I would this company is massively unprofessional I was told my pickup would be 15-20 mins from my location 15-20 mins turned into 1hr & 30mins of waiting no update no text no call when I reached out the man told me stay on the phone line he’d contact my driver I stayed on hold a extra 15 mins or so for him to then hang up with no update I called back and was told my driver was 3 mins away that 3 mins turned to another 35 mins long story short this cab company flatout terrible!!!"
