"I don’t know what all the bad reviews are about. I had a great experience here. I had a great sausage grinder with homemade marinara sauce and German chocolate cake. My wife had the beef gyro with peanut butter pie. She loved and my mom had the Greek salad. Also loved. Our waitress Sam was amazing. She was a fill in from another restaurant and was serving us and another party of 16. She amazingly was doing a great job. I wish I could have seen how it worked out for her night. She is a great waitress and very friendly. I am from Albany and was only down there because my I brought my mom down because she grew up there and had me there. I will one day go there again and believe me. I’ll be going there for a meal again. I hope Sam is still our waitress. Lol. Thanks for such a great experience guys and Sam."

"(See Photos Below) I don't usually give bad reviews because I understand the restaurant business and I get it that people make mistakes. I have been a 4 Brothers customer for 25+ years and they used to be the go-to place for good food. The Chicken Ceasar Wrap I ordered tonight was atrocious. 1) There was no Ceasar Dressing 2) The lettuce was rotten 3) There were egg noodles inside my wrap 4) The wrap was stale a Disappointing 5) The Croutons were not crunchy and had no dressing on them It looks like they took garbage and put it in my wrap. I was so angry that I paid 15$ for this meal. I could not eat it because it made me Want to vomit."

"Food was good as usual. Tip was zero saved me $26. @ my usual 20%. This is not our first time. However, thanks to our experience tonight, it will be our last. Our order was large white pie - half plain - half with chicken broccoli, garlic. The waitstaff asked "so half white special with tomato" I said No tomatoes and repeated the order. The pie came out half white with toppings the other half a classic tomato sauce cheese. When it came out, we said it was wrong she offered to replace it and pointed out this would be thrown out. I said no (I hate wasting food) just bring a personal plain white for the child who wanted plain. At the end, I asked her to do the right thing and adjust the bill. She refused and accused that i ordered the white special half plain. customer service is that restaurants should adjust for their mistakes. Her tip zero - saved me 20%, which I normally give. Not to mention my drink order never came out, and one of our sodas was mostly water. She was training someone, so I hope they learned what NOT to do."
