Domino's Pizza

"I ordered pizza by calling when I went to pick up the Manager told me more money than what I was told over the phone. I ask him why ? He looked around and threw the pizza pie in garbage right in front of everyone. So rude and very very bad service."

"I’m usually not one to complain but this was absolutely over the top, after removing the contents of cheese and honestly i don’t even know what’s on this pizza anymore, there is a bed of just straight dough, it almost as if they put it in the oven for a minute and took it out, it was absolutely disgraceful and disgusting. From this I also have stomach poisoning and I don’t know if they were just having a bad day or what but this was just unacceptable under any context."

"We enjoy Domino's when we're looking for a quick meal fix, and this location is the one we visit. We've ordered many times, and because of cheese allergy, we typically get cheese-less pizza which they usually do great. In the past, we have had an order or two messed up, but a which phone call and always resolved, nobody is perfect. Pizza is always great, salad always fresh, and wings/bread good too! Domino's is not gourmet, so trying to rate it in that respect wouldn't make sense. Staff is also super friendly!"

"Few days back we called dominos pizza stonybrook for ordering pizza. While ordering my husband clearly mentioned that we need buttery garlic crust 2-3 times (as the person on call did not understand it). And all we got was marinara sauce with lots of crushed garlic. We called them immediately and the same person received the call who took our order and he was ride and said you ordered like that. Like common you work in a pizza store and you don't understand what buttery garlic crust means? Very much disappointed. I will never order from this store again"

"The pizza of this place is very tasty. Totally hand made. I like this. It seems to me that customer service was really poor. However overall was great."
