"The rooms were nice and clean. However the front desk staff is rude, prejudice, and not very kind. Christian the front desk supervisor for days was extremely rude for checkout in the morning, very nasty attitude and prejudice against blacks. Nice hotel, just needs better staffing. Ooh and Kerry their overnight desk worker just as nasty. Enjoy your stay I just hope you don’t have the same staff experience as I did."

"All in all this is a great hotel. Pool was nice and very clean, the gym was nice and there were lots of equipment to workout with, the breakfast was decent and the kids really enjoyed themselves. The laundry area was the only thing that needed improvement. one washer was out of order and one dry made lots of noise and didn't dry well."

"Megan was amazing! She took care of our family and was so so accommodating. Her staff were very well trained answering any questions or concerns. I will stay at this hotel anytime I’m on the island. I am so pleased with my stay and the accommodations. Felt like home."

"My family stayed for a week over Christmas. This was 1/4 the price of an Airbnb, so it worked for us. The rooms were very clean and updated. The kitchen had a full size fridge, microwave, sink, dishwasher and all the cups and plates you need. Breakfast each morning was nice bonus, however basic. Nice gym and pool area. The location is good/ right off William Floyd and LIE. Brand new Walmart and restaurants in the same parking lot. The laundry room would have been amazing had the only dryer worked. I bought laundry detergent and a roll of quarters only to find out I had to go to a laundromat. The things that were frustrating: the walls are very thin. We could hear the next room’s TV all night long through the wall, also the subsequent unwrapping of gifts and musical toys at 6 am. Then on the other side, arguing. Literally could hear everything. Half way through the stay, someone started moving furniture above us so their child could run back and forth at 11 pm. For a place where people who are displaced and need long term accommodations, this place is great but needs some tweaks and better planning."

"My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The hotel front desk staff was very courteous, the pool was nice, and the gym had all working equipment. The reason for the 3 start rating was the noise level. Between the dog barking down the hallway and the person above who sounded like they were moving furniture each night, it was simply too noisy. If I were to stay again, I would request a room on the top floor."
