"I have a fear of going to the dentist because I was traumatized in the past. I broke my tooth and was amazed that the doctor was so gentle. I recommend this office for people that have been traumatized. Plus, since I work six days and get off work late the office was willing to work with my schedule."

"I had a dental emergency on Saturday evening and I was glad that the clinic was open very late in the evening. The dentist took care of my problem promptly. Later I also got an implant and Invisalign. I highly recommend this office if you need any implants and cosmetic work. My dentist was very gentle and attentive to my needs."

"My experience was horrible……I was excited to go to the Dentist office for a Check up / Cleaning. This is was going to be my first time in this place because I just relocated back to NYC. I got there early assuming I’m a new patient, I Thought I was going to have to fill out paperwork . I got there Approximately 30 minutes to 20 minutes early …..nobody answer me with the buzzer to the building. I had to wait six minutes for someone to come out of the building so I can let in . At this point I had called them a bunch of times and nobody answer the phone. Nobody answer the door, nobody did anything. At this point I don’t know if this was professional. I decided to leave this wasn’t what I was expecting. I wouldn’t recommend this place . It doesn’t matter if you get there early it’s a place of business Hours. I should’ve read the reviews before heading there."

"Had a root canal here and she did not do it properly. I was unaware until a slight pain in the area turned into an abscess a couple of years later. I had to get it fixed somewhere else—I read the reviews first this time. She also fraudulently charged my insurance for a cleaning when she pulled my 5 year old son’s loose tooth without my approval. He had accompanied me to my appointment. She casually asked him how he was doing and we mentioned he had a loose tooth. She said to let her see. I thought she was just going to look at it, but she pulled it out with a metal hook. My son is now afraid of the dentist after that experience. When he went for his regular cleaning at his usual place, they informed us that the insurance wouldn’t cover it and I had to investigate to find out why. Her fault. She was unapologetic and indifferent when confronted about the issues. Oh and the last time I say in her chair I was gagging the whole time because she was not wearing any deodorant and it was torturous given that I had to have my mouth open for an hour."

"Wouldn't know because I have tried to reach them on numerous times and they do NOT answer the phone. I called more than 10x to schedule and not one did they answer. It's so insane!"
