"Waited a while to be seen. The general dentist took xrays and barely checked my teeth. He was more concerned how my crowns and implants looked and suggested I replace some of the crowns, which are just fine. Couldn't do a regular cleaning, suggested I do a "deep" cleaning, which my insurance denied. Why can't there just be a decent dentist that cares about the patient rather than billing the insurance. I have no choice but to stick to this dentist."

"Waited for a cleaning for 1 hour. He told me my insurance doesn't cover a cleaning. I called my insurance and they cover cleanings every 6 months. He made an excuse just to get rid of me and see the next patient. The spanish receptionist canceled my appointment 3 x. I went with my child and she asked me if I had a babysitter because he won't see me with my child. Never heard of this. Horrible !!"

"I do not recommend this dentist office. This was my first time in this office and I had an appointment for a cleaning at 3:30pm. I sat waiting for 30 minutes and did not get called so I just thought maybe they’re back up which is normal. An hour goes by and I notice everyone who came after me is going before me.. so I went up to the receptionist and asked if I was getting called in soon because everyone after me is going before me so she said I’m going to be called right now. I sit back down and wait another 30 minutes without getting called. I’ve waited an hour and a half to not even get called and I thought that was the most disrespectful thing anyone can do. I understand things happen and if that was the case then at least let me know instead of having me wait an hour and a half. I saw the doctor in the receptionist area and immediately got up and told the receptionist that I’ll cancel my appointment and she told me to tell the doctor who was right there and so I told him I’m canceling my appointment because I’ve been sitting there for almost two hours and everyone after me has gone before me and he was so rude about it and didn’t even acknowledge what I was saying but instead just waved his hand at me saying ok repeatedly while walking away. The receptionist after apologized to me and told me she doesn’t know why he wasn’t calling me because he has the list of appointments but just calls whoever he wants in whatever order.... I can’t believe I wasted my time sitting there and traveling there just for this disgusting experience. I do not recommend this terrible human."

"Hands down worst Dentist staff I have ever experienced. They are incompetent beyond belief. They make disrespectful and EXTREMELY vulgar comments in Spanish about patients in the waiting room. Seeing how most of the patients are not Spanish speaking I am sure the staff think themselves to be quite clever but I was not amused for a second at their unbelievable lack of class and professionalism. First problem was when I was referred to an outside specialist. When I requested my x-rays be sent to the Specialist they dropped the ball twice. On the third attempt they gave the x-rays of SOMEONE ELSE with my name on the file. Once I finally got my actual X-rays they were in a folder with SOMEONE ELSE's name on it. On three separate occasions I waited for over two hours to be seen by the dentist to then be told they made a mistake when scheduling the appointment. One secretary in particular named Jackie scheduled me for the wrong services TWICE and after apologizing for her mistake the second time she then "misplaced" my file with all my insurance information and x-rays. She then told my wife and I she would PERSONALLY search the files and call us when my file was found, Over two months of US CALLING HER asking about the file she NEVER FOUND IT. Unqualified just does not quite cover it. I would not recommend this place to anyone in search of a good dentist. i would recommend it to someone who wants to be disappointed, disrespected and mistreated. If you like incompetent, unqualified staff who take their jobs not the least bit seriously then this is the place for you. I would give this place 0 stars if that was an option."
