"I have been coming to Smile Lab Soho for a couple years now. Originally I went in for JUST a cleaning based on a friends recommendation. Instantly I felt comfortable and taken care of. I had been really unhappy with my smile and hated my "gummy" look and grinding chips on my front teeth. "1. The experience I had with Smile Lab and Dr. Waise Ebrahimi should be regarded as a cautionary tale. Be wary of glowing reviews. I was quoted one price with an outrageously high-interest rate and then was presented with several hidden fees throughout my visits. I once arrived early for an appointment and was stuck waiting two hours for a procedure that took less than five minutes, which I interpreted as time being unimportant. However, the most traumatic part of my visit was when I was needlessly subjected to one of the most traumatic and sadistic medical experiences of my life by Dr. Waise Ebrahimi, who later stated in front of his assistant and myself that “I was his favorite client because he could do anything he wanted to me, and I wouldn’t complain.” What started as a doctor-patient relationship turned into a predator-prey assault. I attached a pictures showing Dr. Waise Ebrahimi's methodical mutilation of my procedure and I will be filing a complaint with Division: Office of the Professions Professional Discipline. For obvious reasons, I was forced to terminate my sessions and now I am left with an outrageous bill, mutilated teeth, and irreversible trauma."
