"The least recognized are the front desk employees who are the contact persons of clients. Therefore , we want to salute them today for doing a good job.We are so impressed beyond words for them listening well and understanding our concerns and getting out of their way to resolve our issues. One is Maria, who patiently listened and replied without annoyance to our several calls that day and tried her best to help us even getting us in touch with the service manager. And Andrea who emailed us our appointment.early morning and was very friendly and accommodating when we called to confirm. Thank you guys ! Keep up the good job! No wonder your service center is busy and running out of appointments !"

"Bought my Mini from them a few months ago..Bought a certified pre-owned picked it up & noticed there was a rattling noise took it in they acknowledged that they heard the noises. Went in for a test-drive w/shop manager he confirmed that the noise wasn't fully taken care of & took it back in. He test drove it a few more times & kept going back into the garage finally he was done & gave me back my car.. I drove home & didn't drive my car again..I started driving my car again about 1.5 wks ago noticed the noise was still there I made an appt they sent me out w/Shop foreman & he confirmed he heard a few noises I complained about. They called me to pick up my car yesterday so I went today to pick it up the determination was that the rattling was a fit & finish noise associated w/design. Last time I took it in they said it was a Sun roof molding problem & it was a known problem..So if you think your going to buy a car from this dealer & get it fixed when it makes noises you are WRONG...Driving in a car w/rattling & tapping noises is HORRIBLE!! Worst thing is I only put about 300 miles on my car"

"We didn't buy our Mini from Mini of Ramsey, but we love their service department. Our car needed 4 new tires and they were able to provide exactly what we needed quick and easy. They even gave us information on two rebates to help with the cost. The people there are friendly and keep you informed every step of the process and the video they send as they inspect the car really gives you a clear indication they are taking their time to make sure they cover everything."

"Parts department is a joke. Website says it opens at 7am. Meanwhile you give them a call and they don’t answer. They rather transfer you. I believe they should fire the clown in parts department."
