"The worst service.i have had in any dealer ship. Very rude after i called to make an appointment for my car that is burning oil. The person on the phone said they will inspect the car and see what the problem. Mean.while the person, while at the service they told me completely different information. I left without getting the car checked. Very bad customer service. Won't be back. ⁷"

"Came for high pitched noise and confirmed it through test drive. Second dealer I went to about it. They had my car for a week, but I suspect that all they did was open the door, reset the electronics, closed it and left it there for a couple days. Returned my car to me and said they'd call corporate. Never received a call or anything, no follow up. I guess it wasn't worth their time. I'm done with Mazda forever, thanks todd or tony, whoever that manager or whatever was for making sure I will never buy a freaking mazda again."
