"Worst service I’ve ever received. I purchased my car at Ramsey Infiniti. It began to leak near a window, so I brought it in for service. The service manager was not helpful and offered ridiculous suggestions as a solution. The manager took my cell phone number down, so I felt it would be looked into. It has been a month, and I have followed up 3 separate times over weeks. Still no call back. Do not buy or service your vehicle at Ramsey Infiniti!"

"I’m extremely disappointed in the service department. I went there because my hazards were continuously flashing and would not turn off and my tire sensor light stayed on the first time they said it was low voltage and needed a new battery so they replaced the battery. Two weeks later the same issue and they said it was a different issue, once again they claim to fix the issue soon as I left the dealership the tire sensor light came on and I called the service consultant Jennifer twice and second time left a voicemail and it’s been two weeks and still call back and now my hazards are flashing again so clearly I spent all this money only to not have my issue resolved nor has anyone from the service department returned my calls. I also asked for Hankook tires but instead Goodyear was placed on my car. When I went to pick my car up nothing was explained it was just everything is fixed you're all set that’s it. Now usually I would get a survey about my experience after every visit but for some strange reason I haven’t received anything which makes me believe Ramsey service department no longer cares about customer satisfaction but instead just taking peoples hard earned money. I’ve been going to this service department for years and they were never this bad!"

"3 hours for an oil change and one tire replacement. I had to peruse the management to find out the status. I was given multiple excuses that were all different. Not a trustworthy establishment. I was a customer for many years. You would think they would remove the oil change and tire rotation alert after completing the job."
