"The provider misled me in my qualification process on insurance coverage. I verified multiple times with staff both on the phone and in person on whether or not my insurance would cover a routine cleaning. I was assured delta dental was accepted - which they are not. The reality is, they charge significantly higher than the insurance company’s pay out for a cleaning then leave the patron responsible with the difference. My family owns a dental practice out of state and this is not the type of service we’d provide to our community. Extremely disappointed."

"Modern, clean and hi-tech dental office. Being a retired dental hygienist myself, I know quality work when I see it. Dr. Bracy was gentle, patient, and thorough with the dental work I needed. Staff was friendly and inviting. The dental hygienist Shirley was gentle and understood all my concerns and sensitivity areas. I would highly recommend Dr. Bracy’s office!"
