"I just went there and the worker (old man) was yelling at the lady for so long about how messy the store is. It was so unpleasant and scary I left. The lady was also really rude and asked me why I’m going to the sale section. The clothing are nice, but the vibe there is off"

"I ordered an item from this company, but the wrong item arrived. I contacted Tuesday's Child multiple times via phone and email. After multiple business days passed without a reply, I disputed the charge through my credit card company, as I was extremely upset that a company could send such a different item (that was a birthday present) and not respond and fix the matter. Once I disputed through my credit card company, they THEN thought it was a good idea to contact me back. They told me the item I ordered was not in stock and gave me a shipping label to return the item. I returned the item (luckily I got a a receipt showing it was delivered) They never contacted me to say it was delivered. Instead, they responded (months later, probably hoping I didn't have the tracking receipt anymore) to my credit card company showing that the original item was indeed delivered to my house, trying to steal $112.50 from me. Fortunately, I kept the picture of the item they sent me and the one that I ordered, therefore, once I gave the tracking number to my credit card company I was refunded. I will NEVER shop at this store again. They were trying to steal from me."

"Wow really nice stuff for the little one. All high end stuff from big brands and probably the best store I've found (even including the big dept stores) when it comes to children's clothing. It's a bit pricey but that's to be expected with the brands they carry and the staff is very friendly and welcoming.. also if you come by have some coffee in the attached shop! You really won't regret it and the kid working there is talented! I'm huge on coffee and travel for a cup if it's good and he comes in easy top 5 in the city and that's including Blue Bottle, Toby's estate and Brooklyn roasters."
