I read a review prior to coming here and they were right. Rude and unprofessional. You don’t rush someone who’s doing business. "Let me start off by saying that my husband and I are both in the customer service field. We both understand it can be hard at times and can also be very rewarding. Today was my first time in this place and my daughter and I both felt very uncomfortable right when we walked in through the door. The male owner was rude and didn’t even say hi just asked what we wanted and what size. He pointed to some dresses and I wondered off and looked at some others and really found one my daughter loved. He came over and was so upset and stated “I never said I could order those in her size only those other ones” we were so upset and embarrassed. I literally was so disappointed I told him thanks but no thanks and just left. Customer service is horrible here!! Beware!"

"If I could I would give 0 stars. The owners are Asian and I have no issues with this race for some reason they feel superior to Hispanics. They do not give quality treatment to Hispanics, maybe because their employees are Hispanics. The girls working there are nice and try their best to provide good costumer service as much as they can. However, husband and wife are there and they run the show by killing the costumer service quality. I stepped in that store twice. One time to purchase a baptism dress for my daughter who had not turned 1 yet, purchased the dress without fitting her at the store because they don’t have that choice to fit the kids. The lady owner told me to take the 18months. Went home tried it on my daughter it fit too tight I had spent like &$105. Went back two weeks later because since I had returned to work the week after purchasing the dress. I didn’t get time to go back sooner. The store has a strict policy that any refunds need to be made in less than 7 days. I didn’t want a refund all i wanted was an exchange to a bigger size. I went back a week before the baptism, I explained the dress didn’t fit my daughter and we were a few days before the baptism and I didn’t have a dress to fit her. I requested to exchange the dress for 24 months. The men refused to exchange because I didn’t have the receipt and there was no tag. I didn’t have the receipt I take fault to that. I never had removed the tag from the dress, I tried it on my baby didn’t fit never again touched the dress. However, as I waited there that they remove the tag right before they put the clothes in the bag at purchase. I noticed this while waiting to request for the exchange. When I questioned about it. He became rude and raised his voice at me the client. All the employees put their heads down and stayed quiet, even his wife. There is something totally wrong in this place. I was in tears because I had spent so much money on a dress that my daughter could not wear. This place by far the worst experience I have ever had in retail store. They should definitely re evaluate their methods and learn to please their costumers. I will never return to this store. If you wish to avoid this type of treatment please avoid this place."
