"I drove here and arrived at 6:08pm on a Friday night. The gates closed and locked and no one is answering the phones but yet all the lights are on and backroom is lit up. No signs up saying anything about why it's closed. Stayed around until about 7pm and it still was not open and i left. Not sure what these employees are doing or where they were, but such a waste of time it was. I won't return to this location. Also customer the service is trash here fire them all."

"This location is conveniently located in the Ocean County Mall. Unfortunately it is very hit and miss. Their customer service is inconsistent. I have been greeted and taken care of quickly, and I've also been ignored. I have had my hat customized properly, and at other times, sloppily with no attention to detail. It depends on experience and attitude of associate, and amount of people in the store. I go there because I will let them know I'm not satisfied, and they will correct it. Some people may not be as patient."

"Went to grab a hat with my brother and having a conversation with him. Lady was very rude and on the phone with her daughter. Made snarky comments towards us and then claimed she was the owner when she was only the manager and would not help us when asked. Will not be shopping here again. Happened 3-7-22"

"So I went to Freehold Mall and had 2 hats made and they were terrible so I went to Ocean County Mall and showed Maria and she said no way. She made me 2 new hats for free and did an amazing job. I posted 2 pics so you can see the one from Freehold and the one from Ocean County and you will see for yourself. If you want a custom hat made Maria is your girl and Ocean County is your store."

"Bought two caps for vacation. Had my name embroidered on one of them. It was the customer service that made my shopping experience exceptional. Taylor was very knowledgeable about her products and the promotions that her store was running. she was very accommodating to my 3 year old daughter and offered me a great deal of useful information about where I could shop to find the other things I was looking for in the mall while my cap was being customized. Great job."
