"Order shirts back in October 2022 which I never received. I contacted them in January which they responded they will get back to me in a week, heard nothing. Sent another email heard nothing this time. I even contacted them on facebook, no response. I get things happen, but it’s a disgrace to treat your customers this way when we have given you money with no merchandise in return. You still have a business to run regardless. Just credit our credit cards back, it’s that simple and just an email saying you did so."
"Worst customer service. Ordered August 2022 for 4/5 items same for October 2022 and haven't ship yet. Emailing them and it SEEMS acting damn to prolong the back and forth email. What kind of system they have that they cant check what stuff was ship or not. Will send me an email asking “was this ship to you or not”? (For October order after me asking refund because is taking a while to ship) Also, after commenting in their live about them not replying to my email, just Suddenly i get an email confirmation about my order. I need my full refund from both orders not as a CREDIT to your store, i want my full money back."
