"The review I wrote this morning went missing. So I’ll try again! First, the store Is kept neat and clean. The clothing seems to be well made. The clerks are young and inexperienced but helpful. We asked why the advertising says Japanese and British inspired, the clerks in store told us it is a European based company but didn’t know much more. Bought a jacket. Came home, read the tag. It says MADE IN CHINA. The tag also says not to leave in direct sunlight. And to DRY IN WELL VENTILATED AREA. That’s a concern. And I Did Not say what it was made out of. Went back to the store. Asked the clerk what exactly that means. No one had a clue. The jacket was returned."

He showed me all that the store had to offer. Because of him I'm shopping for my kids here from now on. I'm a mother and grandmother with set expectations in regards to customer service.
