"I often order take out or pick up from Kitaro. Always got my order correctly and the sushi and vegetable tempura always arrive fresh tasting. Veggie tempura is always crispy and hot. Sometimes I'll treat myself and dine-in for lunch or dinner and the food comes out quickly and great tasting and the servers are always polite. Great portion sizes for sushi rolls. My faves are veggie tempura app, salmon avocado roll and shrimp tempura roll. Thanks Kitaro for being a great neighborhood sushi spot. Sincerely, your neighbor."

"I’ve been going to Kitaro for years. Literally since high school. It’s always been the best sushi in the area. Great rolls and dishes. Special Tuna Tataki and Spicy Tuna Crunch rolls are always crowd pleasers."

"My lackluster $15 specialty roll was missing ingredients, the white tuna on top was mush, the wasabi had a dark ring on the bottom, and the whole thing tasted like old chapstick. The green iced tea was warm water with matcha powder and a few cubes of ice thrown in."
