"My experience was horrible. I applied for a job and got an email stating that i will have a phone interview. The email then stated that the store is busy and that if I don't hear from anyone 10-15 mins after my scheduled time to give the store a call, which i did several times. I finally got someone to answer the phone and when i tell you the associate was very rude. she asked me for my name and i told her and spelled it out for her and told her that i was suppose to have a virtual interview. The associate then went on and stated that they sent out email to all candidates to come in for the interview which i did not get Because if I did I would of been there instead of calling. The associate then went and put me on hold and said that she don't see no one with my name that was scheduled for an interview after she already went on and said that they sent me an email. so at that point i was confused. She then went on a stated that after not seeing my name that she don't know who sent me an email about coming in for and interview. I was trying to explain everything that i received. she then said " THANK YOU FOR CALLING HAVE A NICE DAY AND HUNG UP THE PHONE. THEN THE NEXT DAY I RECEIVE AN EMAIL SAYING THANK YOU FOR INTERVIEWING BUT WE WILL CHOOSE ANOTHER CANIDATE. HOW DO I RECEIVE THAT EMAIL WHEN THE ASSOCIATE STATED THAT SHE DONT SEE MY NAME ON THE LIST. MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT THE ASSOCIATES ARE VEERY UNPROFESSIONAL."
