"Our car battery went out after a birthday dinner and this was the closest location to us. We didn’t have an appointment but George was extremely pleasant and courteous to get our Nissan Murano in a bay quickly. He explained the battery types and testing thoroughly. And the team member who came to get our car was very personable as well. The lobby was comfortable, clean and warm. There is even coffee available. Overall fantastic experience, will definitely come back and recommend to other drivers!"

Top notch customer service, the waiting room and bathroom were nice and tidy and they also had a nice sense of humor so it wasn’t awkward when talking to them lol. The wait was a good while though, longer then I anticipated but honestly I would rather them take their time then rush because then I know they’re putting they’re 100% towards my car. Other than that everything else was great :)"

"I appreciated the convenience of PB being opened bright and early on a Sunday morning and available to repair my leaky tire, before getting into a busy week and having to change plans accordingly. The folks at PB were courteous and attentive, repaired the tire quickly and did a complete safety inspection (tire pressure, fluids, etc.) of my '22 Ranger pickup I'm now a week out from the tire repair, tire pressure has remained constant and there was no change in handling/performance of the vehicle, so indications are that they did an excellent job."

"Very well run. I instantly got a good feeling about the guy I was dealing with, who I believe was the manager. They had my tire in stock, which was a great step up from the last place I went. At first it was looking like a 2+ hour wait because they were short staffed that day, but then the tech himself happened to come in, & was like "nah, I got this!" My total time spent there was around an hour, & I couldn't be more satisfied. Major recommend."
