Our Stratford location is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and on weekends from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. We are closed on major holidays, including Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day, with limited hours on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
For added convenience, we offer a free pick-up service. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to arrange your pick-up. Note that this service is not available from airport locations.

If everything works out that you only needed it for two days they'll take the car back but they won't give you a refund for three days you didn't need it. It dosent feel right.
