"What do you know? The most brutally honest review these sub-scum level invertebrates ever received was promptly deleted and replaced with another fake 5 star review. Don’t believe me? Go here and ask for an oil change and they will destroy your car. When you ask for financial compensation, they will spit and laugh in your face and scare you into accepting a blatant scam of an offer. You go to leave a review and with enough time or honesty, it’s gone. Pathetic company with pathetic employees and greaseball corporate managers all are better off avoided. They will break your car and you will be responsible for the damages here. If your car has been damaged at any Valvoline location, it is time to bring them to court and bite them back. Lawyer up if you have a problem here ASAP!"

"This whole place is a facade, even the five star reviews are fake. The “mechanics” here struggle even with routine oil changes and have far more experience with property damage. Even after their store’s cameras provided them with sufficient evidence of an employee damaging and ultimately totaling my car, they have been nothing but slimy, intimidating, and demanding towards me in an attempt to prevent a lawsuit. They are offering me $3,500 for my $10,000 car, and thats after MONTHS of arguing and being dodged by their illusive area manager, John. This entire company is sustained purely off the cheap untrained labor and customer service that will do anything in their power to save the company money above all else. If you need any sort of maintenance done to your vehicle, these guys should never be an option."

Want to file a claim with corporate? They will happily give you 1/3 of your cars value and do everything in their power to belittle you. Who knew that with one simple oil change, a lube tech can completely destroy your car and still have a job?
