"Well first off, you could have come down a bit of the asking price..even if it was only a couple of hundred dollars. Second I was a repeat customer, so I should have been given a bit of extra incentive for the purchase. Third, you took ample time to deliver the vehicle, instead of returning in the morning which I suggested. And there is still hard water stains all over the Truck, including the windows. Fourth, and now it seems I'm being cheated out of 3 months & 4,000 miles of warranty that was included with the 'Blue Certified Pre-owned'. So that really disturbs me. As for Robert, he was great. Don't think he really made a effort to reduce the price. I know you have a business to run. That said, I will return return if the need arises, not certain that I'll make a purchase unless I'm treated with the decency that I believe I've earned."
