When I first called, I was upfront about being new to the area and that I needed a loyal and reliable mechanic, and Rob began to tell me about his experience and history with automotive repair and diagnostics. He admitted that he runs the shop on his own, which let me know that he only trusts himself to perform good quality work - a concept I can wholly relate to.
