"It’s Rainbow so I don’t expect Nordstrom service but the service was pretty good at the register. I stop by once in a while and never had an issue. I just go here for stuff like basic tops especially when I need something quick. I would advise getting there 15 to 20 min before closing b/c that’s when they lock the door.. I got there 15 min before to exchange something I bought earlier the same day and the doors were locked. I can understand 5 min prior to closing but 15-20 mins is not cool. I banged on the door and they let me in thankfully."

"I bought a pair of stockings in this store and prior to buying them, I asked the lady at the register what size they were and she said one size fit all and it runs small-large. They didn't fit so I went back to the store and a different woman at the register looked at my receipt and said I can't exchange it and I mentioned to her how her colleague had given me false information about the sizing. She proceeded to laugh, and say it's a 'me' problem that they don't fit, and that she fits them just fine since she is a size medium, which to me sounded like she was saying I was too big to fit them. I said excuse me and she looked at me up and down and laughed. I was so shocked and looked around me to see if I was the only person hearing this. I asked her so what do you think the best solution is and she said to me 'I can throw them in the trash for you', I immediately left because I was going to cause a scene. I am a size 8. I fit most things and I was very disappointed and upset by these comments. No one should be allowed to speak to paying customers that way. I am still shocked that this lady had the guts to speak to me this way. Never going back here again!! So rude!! A better way to handle this would have been, we don't exchange or return this product, I'm sorry if you received the wrong information and that's it. Not to body shame me!"
