"I have never experienced service so horrendous. I was excited about going into the store because they display their clothing well. I was wrong. I browse around the store and was followed buy a sales person. When I was about to leave I heard them say and I quote” she walking about and not buying anything. It’s so annoying” referring to me. Extremely rude and the worse customer service. I WILL NOT be going into this racist store again, and that is a promise. With as many comment about their rude customer service, I’m surprised that they are still in business."

"Went here with my mom to purchase a dress. Due to Covid we were advised that the dressing room is closed. The next day we went back to exchange the dress for a different size. We asked if the dress can be exchanged for something else if it wasn’t a good fit in which they said yes. The dress was not a good fit so we returned to exchange the dress for something else and we were told we were not allowed to make an even exchange. It is very unprofessional to tell the customer something and not follow through. We were not asking for our money back just simply for a even exchange where the business will not lose any money. Customer service here is horrible. Will never return."

"I'm from this neighborhood. Honestly this is not my go to shop. This store has the worst management ever. I honestly feel bad for the sales girls that work extremely hard for no pay at all. I knew a girl that worked there years ago & she waited a long time for pay she never recieved plus they have a help wanted sign that's been up for years. I know for a fact sales girls come and go and don't last. Not only that twice when I went into that store. The 1st time I was looking at a jacket and the owner came and took it out of my hand and walked away with it and ended up telling the sales girl he didn't want it on the rack yet. Mind you it was priced. Then I went in again a few days ago (my mistake) because I had to look for a dress, some time had passed ( like a year) so I figured I'd give it another go. I was so wrong because then the manager Which I'm assuming she is because she's the only one always there. again! took the dress I was looking at while I was holding it and then walked away with it. So I'm not sure what their problem is but they are extremely rude and I feel bad for the salesgirl that was trying to help me. All I can say is I pray for the day that that store closes down because they are downright snobs & so rude. I guess they pick and choose who they feel they want to buy from them."

"I came at 10a.m thinking the store would be open. It is now 11 and the store is still closed. I am around the area, but will leave if it isn't open by 11:30. This is unprofessional and the business hours should be changed if they do not plan on opening until they want to"
