"We ordered the Karol G roll and it was delicious. Server did not bring plates or napkins and only one pair of chopstick. The music was very loud there so it was hard to hear and converse. After waiter brought out the roll, we waited and had to wave him down to order our food. Half my food came out, and no utensils provided. My daughter’s food never arrived. There was a guy on stage doing a little comedy which was probably the best part. The one lady who came over to our table to hear my issue, was very very very kind."
