"For whatever reason after I came back here this certificate was flipped to the other side of the door where you can no longer see it. Ask them why."
"The dining room remains empty of furniture from I assume Covid, but we are also very much past that. The staff is very dry, and does not communicate well. The exclusively deliver with DoorDash but it always seems like SOMETHING when I try to get delivery. The last time, my driver got hit in the parking lot after picking up my food and had to stay to do the whole police report and what not so my food was VERY late. This time, my order was incomplete and when I called to speak to the store about it, the initially offered store credit. I asked for a refund instead. They asked me to hold, while they confirmed it was okay I guess?, and then returned and said it would be 3-5 days. I said that was fine and the person said okay and just hung up. I had to call back and confirm that they knew who I was, what my order was, what card to put it back on...I was just LOST. Very unprofessional to say the least. EDIT:so update on this fictional refund...surprise surprise I was charged the FULL amount. One can only assume that with customer service like that, it was never issued. I will no longer be giving my money to this business."
"I ordered a carryout order today and mistakenly didn't open the box until I was home. I come home to find a long hair in the cheese sticks (which by the way were supposed to be garlic sticks). I called to let them know and the very rude woman asked if i want to bring them back and get new ones. I informed her I don't have time to do that at this point but I just wanted to inform her that someone CLEARLY isn't wearing a hair net. She then proceeds to hang up on me. I don't know about you, but good customer service is important to me. I don't appreciate it when people are rude when I've done nothing wrong. 0 stars from me."
