"Ok Let me start with the guy named MAX. I was there for an exchange he made me paid extra dollars and I did pay that and when I go back to return my stuff. he was so rude , nasty, arrogant to answer and raise his hand saying i cant help it. That guy crooked me and made me feel helpless. I visited the store at least 5 times to get my money back. There is one guy named STEPHEN. I don't know if he is a store manager or associate. He promised me that he will speak to the supervisor and will call me back and He did follow me up next day and help me to get my refund. He was very helpful, respectful and very kind. 5 stars to the Stephen. Max should be fired."
