"Had a bad experience with a return at this store. I called the store the first person heard my inquiry about my return and then just says hold and transfers me to the manager. Which he did not introduce himself as a manager to begin with in our conversation. He was very rude and rushed me off the phone . My issue was not resolved. He didn’t even ask for the confirmation number on the receipt to check if it was processed correctly. Overall customer service failed in the store in person and over the phone. I would not recommend this store."

"Like the other reviewer said, they will follow you around the store if you’re black or a brown and they will have their black and brown workers do it so it doesn’t seem like it’s discrimination. I went in with my husband who is black and they followed us. He asked for help and the Hispanic woman was very rude to him so we left. I came back a couple days later to buy the sneakers I really wanted and was followed again buy several employees. They don’t hide the fact that they’re following you either. It’s disgusting and I shouldn’t have bought anything but I wanted to show them I didn’t come there to steal or to be sneaky and I can afford to shop there. (Because they were watching me like a hawk.) They don’t ask if you need help but they hover over you and when you ask them for help they are rude. I can’t believe this is how you treat people who you are supposed to be serving. You know, the people who fund your paycheck. Nike, train your staff to do better unless you are brainwashing them to think it’s okay to do this to members of THEIR OWN COMMUNITY. If you don’t want our money, just say that."

"Love this store ❤️ I work close by and everytime I go here I buy something or the other . This has deals almost all through the year . I feel it is sometimes better than Jersey garden mall Nike factory outlet . Lots of parking .. very slowwww service .. .. takes a long time for billing … nice experience overall"
