"Spent 25 minutes picking out outfits to try on and was rejected from using the fitting rooms. The store associate said that the fitting rooms close at 7 even though the store closes at 9. No signs saying this anywhere. Complete waste of time."
"Cute clothes but Terrible with returns. Fitting rooms still not open for some reason and only 3 day returns on sale items despite not being open Sundays, which they count as one of the 3 days. I know they’re capable of looking up receipts if you have the exact date and time but they’re usually too lazy to do so."

"Visited Kohesion in Garden State Plaza on 3/15/22 and found three dresses to try on, only to be told the fitting room was "closed" with no further explanation. Put the dresses back and walked out. Don't most people want to try on a formal dress before buying? Good luck staying in business with that approach."
