"there was a lazy worker who did not want to verify the price regarding a backpack all the other backpack marked at $74.99 but the backpack that I took did not have a price tag when I told this lady she went to the back for 10 minutes print up a price tag for $130 for a Herschel backpack. her coworker who rung me up even stated that is not the correct price. The backpack could not be for $130. I went and grabbed another backpack, the same color, the same size the same name, Herschel backpack and it rung up for 79.99. just the fact that the worker was able to go to the back for 10 minutes print up a price tag to price for $130. it shows the level of integrity for this company and their coworkers"

"Love Nordstrom and the Rack is supposed to be overstock. I think Alot of clothing here are made for the Rack and so because racks are crowded you do have to look well for true deals. But I always find something. Be aware of short return policy"

"What happened to Nordstrom. At 11 am the store was very messy merchandise was everywhere. Not organized and very messy overall. This store is always busy and has great products but perhaps additional staffing could remedy the mess. A missed opportunity"

"Nordstrom outlet names RACK at Bergen mall is amazing. It very large outlet store with nice shopping space for all generation and genders. They have separate entrance from street level with large parking lot and backdoor to the mall. Compared to other racks its Very organized nice and clean outlet store and carry many big designers names at very affordable prices. Excellent selection of mens, women kids clothing , shoes and accessories."
