"Absolutely horrible customer service. Rose is impossible to do business with. Think twice before you use them as vendor in your store. We had an issue with the billing zip code and the bank put a flag on it because she tried to process it three times. I emailed Rose asked her to try to process the payment again along with a copy of the credit card and billing information. I did not get a response. I tried calling multiple times with no answer. After a couple of days later she finally answered. I asked her if she was able to process the payment with the credit card ans zip code I emailed her. She responded in a nasty manner and said no, that she was not going to try again. I asked her if she would take another alternate means of payment or another credit card. She said no, she was not going to send anything or process the payment. I told her. I had customers who already ordered those items and I really needed the order. She could care less. She told me to stop calling her and she would not fulfill my order. I was floored when I heard that. I couldn't think of a reason why she would say such a thing. I was always professional and nice through email and over the phone to this women, even though she was nasty over the phone. I am not sure why she would be so nasty over because she wasn't able to process the payment because of the billing zip code. Bottom line it is horrible customer service and that is no way to treat a customer."
