"Now that I no longer work for #Michaels I have some things to say about this location. The company has no idea what an amazing core group of employees it has/had working there. A manager that I would have done whatever was needed for. An assistant manager (well, that position isn't really a thing for this store but they do that job plus everything) that worked harder than anyone. #Michaels needs to see how much love and support the staff have not only for each other BUT their customers. If you are visiting this location, please have patience. Retail is HARD especially when stores are short staffed or during the holidays. But know that what you don't see behind the scenes is a staff that is overworked, underpaid and just broken, trying to do the best they can with what they have."
