"Literally one of the best costumer service experiences I’ve ever had was here at this Frette location with Toni and Lori. I’m a big fan of Frette and have been using their bedding for years. Recently I had an issue with some bed sheets I had bought here. I called and Toni and Lori helped me resolve my issue and I was able to get a replacement within 24 hours. I can’t thank them enough for their help and highly recommend getting all your bedding necessities at this location."
"Thank you Toni Rucker sales supervisor at the Woodbury commons location! I purchased a set of sheets as a gift in the wrong size. The outlet clearly states that all sales are final but she approved the exchange and helped me with the best gift replacement! I have several set of frette sheets and the quality is the highest that is available. They wash well and last. I am loyal customer !"
"Bate and Switch!!! This store has nice fluffy towels... on display. But this is not what they sell. I picked out 8 towels from one style and was then sold sealed plastic bags from the back which I brought home to California. Upon my arrival, I opened the bags to find that the towels I purchased are about the thinnest things I've ever seen. It's disgraceful that a reputable high-end brand like Frette would sell something like this, let alone deceptively! Buyer Beware!"
"Washed the sheets once. Fitted sheet began fraying at the seam. Mattress is NOT oversized. Since it has been bought at the outlet, apparently it's final sale. So much for customer service and quality."
