"The small cut carrots were wet in the bag, not just one but every bag. I got organic carrots and they too weren’t fresh. Worse vegetables and fruit department. The place is clean. As to cashiers, only met one who said thank you , and she was in customer service. Regular cashiers are very unfriendly, never a thank you or you’re welcome. This is why I don’t frequent your store"

"Over the past few weeks it has been nearly impossible to find the milk I use for my twin one year old girls. I have tried the gamet of stores including other stop and shops, shop , Whole Foods, target, Trader Joe’s, and uncle Giuseppe’s. No one had the horizon growing years milk- considering this is the main stay in there diet and we go through a quart of milk daily thins was a huge problem. All the associates I interacted with had the same non chlant response of sorry better luck next time. Finally my search took me to the Woodbury stop and shop. Chris Langdale helped me with a smile and even though his store also didn’t have it he helped me navigate getting it ordered and in two days we had what we needed! He never made me feel like an inconvience and I appreciate him more than he knows. It may have been a simple act for him but for us it was huge. He is an amazing asset to the store and we will definitely be back!"
"Prices are more expensive than I'm used to paying, coming from someone from far upstate. They have a nice selection of produce, a pharmacy, and standard grocery store items. The aisles are a little narrow which makes it hard to pass people."
