"The main reason for this 5 star review is for Wilson who helped me put together a beautiful wedding arrangement of $200. His attention to detail, commitment and communication skills are incredible. Unfortunately, door dash delivery was a complete disaster. The 2 most expensive ballons were already deflated along with 4 other balloons. They wrapped the bags around our lamp post and broke of the tge lamps. He strongly suggest to pick up your Ballon arrangements."

"The new store looks incredible! It’s very clean and much more organized. The staff is extremely helpful with locating where things have been moved to. The prices are a little high but not bad when you consider the convenience of getting it right then and there. The balloons are out on the floor now which is nice because I can browse what they have in stock without worrying about holding up the line. This is my new favorite location to go to. It seems they have a lot of new staff that’s much kinder than who they used to have. I look forward to visiting again!"
