"I was just there they told me they were holding a mechanic cart for me. Just to show up and them to tell me they don’t have it and theirs nothing they can do to help me. I recently got injured and it’s hard to walk long distances. The fact that they would straight up lie like that and not offer a thing for compensation is hilarious. This has been ongoing since Black Friday and it seems they’re trying to push me past the 90 day mark so I can’t get a refund and I can get scammed out off 200. It’s a scam buying presale items between these guys and the Middletown store I’ve had nothing but bad experiences"
"Went here on Friday December 8th 2023 to pick up some gift cards as a christmas gift. This opened where the modell's was. Walked in, and the store was very big and filled with tools, and various products such as an air pressurer, lots of aisles for tools. Before here, the closest one is Middletown, NY, and it is nicer to have one closer. Walked in, and browsed a bit, had trouble finding the cash register, but ultimately found it. Staff was also very nice, as while i was browsing, a girl came up to me, and asked if i needed help finding anything, i was just there for the gift cards, but it's good to have pleasant people around! Went to the register, and purchased 2 $25.00 Gift Cards. Charles at the register was very nice, even asked if i was a member, and luckily was able to get points or whatever through my dad's member account. (the accounts go by phone number). Overall, very nice and big store, and hopefully my dad comes here for new tools!"
